What to expect.
-
I. Set the Stage
Parties familiarize with the process and establish a mutual commitment to discussing and resolving issues at hand. Supported discussions around process help parties to determine and co-construct a comfortable, collaborative starting point.
-
II. Identify Issues
Parties establish the topics and scope of the discussion. Guided discovery allows parties to effectively and freely detail and delimit the issues at hand, defining issues as the problem, not people.
-
III. Explore Needs
Parties openly share and empathetically listen. Facilitated conversations on previously defined issues and how they intersect enhance understanding and foster the emergence of unforeseen solutions.
-
IV. Forge Agreement
Parties analyze and reality test potential resolutions and formalize mutually agreed upon solutions into a Memorandum of Understanding. Assistance with crafting agreements inside this process leads to sustainable results.
